Financial capability of European consumers: Best practice and long term solutions

On 27 January 2010, Visa Europe hosted a half day conference on Consumer Financial Capability in the European Parliament (Room P7C050), bringing together representatives of the European institutions and prominent stakeholders in the area of financial services and consumer policy.
Participants reviewed existing research and best practices in European Member States and aimed at proposing practical solutions to enhance financial capability across Europe.
